Agnieszka Radwańska will play at Wimbledon

Another Polish woman will be playing in the upcoming Wimbledon tournament! Already in this year’s tournament we will be able to follow the struggle of… Radwańska. The experienced tennis player will take part in the Legends Show and perform with Serbian superstar Jelena Jankovic.

Radwańska ended her career in 2018, but has recently been working to improve her form in the Lotto SuperLIGA competition. Recently, she fueled the vibe around her by posting an Instagram post with the caption: “See you at SuperLID and Wimbledon,” which might get fans thinking.

It turns out that the assumptions are correct, and the Polish woman will be one of the many tennis stars in the world. The tournament will be attended by, among others Martina Hingis, Kim Clijsters, Barbara Schitt and Francesca Schiavone. The Polish woman and her Serbian partner will be ranked sixth.

Radwańska has fond memories of Wimbledon, which in 2015 was her only Grand Slam final. Then she lost the Polish Serena Williams in three sets. She reached the semi-finals of the first edition of this tournament twice, in 2013 and 2015, and in 2005 won the junior competition there.
