This year’s edition of the campaign is a continuation of actions already taken. We show that Aldi is a reliable workplace. Regardless of the job, every new employee at Aldi is hired without a probationary period. The network signs the first contract with its employees for a year, and the next one is concluded indefinitely. This year, sellers who start work at Aldi will receive a total profit of 3,410 PLN to 4,010 PLN per month. Profits of persons holding the position of seller, with at least three years of experience, are in the total range 3,810 – 4,410 PLN. In turn, the less experienced warehouse owner will be able to count per month the amount of PLN 3810. The novice store manager will earn the largest profit, from PLN 5615 to PLN 6415. All prices are lump sums and include the value of the prepaid card.
