The Board of Directors of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA (hereinafter referred to as the “issuer”, the “Company”) informed that at the Supervisory Board meeting on March 2, 2022, Mrs. Aneta Łuczak was appointed to the Board of Directors of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA on March 2, 2022, assigning her a position Deputy Chairman of the Board.

According to the statement submitted, Ms. Aneta Łuczak does not engage in any competitive activity in connection with the activities of the company, is not a partner in a competitive civil partnership, partnership or equity firm, does not participate in any other competitive legal entity as a member of its body, and is not registered in the debtors registry Insolvency which is conducted in accordance with the National Courts Registry Act.

Ms. Aneta Łuczak (born in 1979) holds a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Silesia in Katowice. He is a Director with 17 years of experience in Sales, Purchasing and Marketing Management, gained in companies from the list of the largest companies in Poland, such as: Dr. Max, Dose Sa

Ms. Aneta Łuczak specializes in building customer exposure, preparing a commercial strategy and identifying key activities that support business development. He has a proven track record of success in building large, stable teams focused on improving the quality of presentation to clients. In 2011-2019, as Chief Commercial Officer, she was responsible for purchasing strategy, sales and pricing policy for the nearly 600 chain of Dr. Max’s pharmacy outlets. During the tenure of the position, the company increased its turnover tenfold, incl. Thanks to the implementation of a centralized commercial policy and an innovative approach to the development of private brands.

Ms. Aneta Łuczak also has extensive experience in corporate restructuring and integration in mergers and acquisitions. In her career, she has been responsible for integrating commercial policy, logistics, sales and marketing strategies into 60 acquisitions.

At EMC Instytut Medyczny SA, Ms. Aneta Łuczak will be responsible for the area of ​​procurement, sales and marketing and implement a comprehensive approach to the company’s presentation in order to identify the main directions of its development.
