Prior to the discussion, even in an independent journal from the PiS, it was discussed what the “chemistry” between them was and whether the joint performance would turn into a rivalry between two political alpha men. There was no competition, there was filling. This is how Campus Polska started.
The participatory discussion between Donald Dusk and Rafas Traskovsky turned into a question and answer session not only between PO leaders, but also between them and the youth gathered in Olstein as part of the Campus Polish program. Campus Polska is Truskovsky’s idea of reaching out to the younger generation in the form of a platform for youth leaders with the largest opposition program. However, this excited less critics than the meeting of the two trump cards of the Civic platform.
Prior to the discussion, even in an independent journal from the PiS, it was discussed what the “chemistry” between them was and whether the joint performance would turn into a rivalry between two political alpha men. Against the backdrop of a sudden personal reorganization at the party and the “task effect”. This approach may have been somewhat disappointing. There was no competition and there was a filler for both politicians. They were both fine. Young people listened to their introductory speeches and sometimes applauded. In this part of the show, the two of them tried to communicate.
Chiragovsky: Traskovsky needs Traskovsky more than Traskovsky
Left, right, anchor
The tone was set by Trzaskowski: “Being against is not enough”, you need to know what we are really fighting for. “I fight straight off the bridge,” Dusk admitted, and congratulated Troskowski on the campus idea. “The PIS government puts us in a moral danger and offers nothing in return,” he continued. “But it will be over in two or three years. We want to accommodate you young people.” Look, we’re ready for the debate, which is what sets us apart from PiS, “Trzaskowski added. They will not separate. “” But your strength – he told the young audience – is the lack of campuses and you ‘will decide for yourself. “And” we do not have to convince ourselves. “
There were bon mots and political announcements. In the first group, a provocation from Dusk: Can you imagine an artificial intelligence debate with Minister Jorneck, and can you doubt who will win? Rafas Traskowski sought to undermine the traditional image of contemporary politics with the slogan “left, right, anchor”: these are old factions that do not respond to the real challenges of the future. Dusk, referring to Usnors’ situation, said, “Perhaps the bishop will allow these people, and one may try.” Troskovsky: “Let a politician look for another career without remorse”.
Civil partnership, codka and abortion
In the questions and answers section, both leaders did not rest on their laurels. They tried to be truthful and specific. Leaders who do not know the session as a set of questions to be asked and know in advance what problems will be available to them. The questions are also specific and sometimes surprising. It was the voice of a generation, a part of which was not indifferent to what was going on in the country and what their life would be like. Usnors (How to get inside? How to get an education (“Aren’t you sorry for middle schools?”), Small Homelands (“I love Kosian, I do not want to leave Poland”; Traskovsky: “PiS has no respect for locals, only for centralization”); And tactics (“Do you have an idea for podcast?”).
Things got heated in the last part of the question session. First, Linus asked briefly and nervously when she could marry her boyfriend (frantic applause; Dusk: “If I were prime minister, I would legalize alliances”). A woman from Silesia insisted that “Kodka” be officially recognized as a language (Truskowski: “Yes!”); Another wanted to know when safe and legal abortions take place (Truskovsky: “I consider the evolution of the civic platform position to be a step in the right direction”), and when was the government’s approach to disabled boy transgender people? Dynamic (ivory: “This is a test for democracy and society”). Another participant asked about the mandatory “vaccination pass” (ivory: “If there is government support by the Medical Council, it must be respected”).

Draw with the symbol of PO
Perhaps the most important political statement came from Donald Dusk. The head of the PO called on volunteers to apply – 50,000 – to work on election commissions so they would not “tell” about the election. All of these young questions are a big “How to live, Mr. Prime Minister, Mr. President, nowadays?” Dusk and Truskovsky responded very harmoniously: Persuade yourself, be effective.
The couple is well on their way to meeting young people who came to Olstein voluntarily and to other guests invited by Troskovsky. The campus is free for them, the proportion of team members is high, the spirit is generous, but without exaggeration. His incarnations are Tusk and Traskovsky. If we play game metaphors, it is a draw with the symbol of PO.
