The Central Bureau of Statistics, Monday, 28 March, published the latest tables. As of April 1, new boards apply. Thus, a 60-year-old has only 238.8 months to live, and a 65-year-old has 196.2 months.

And they went to the branches of ZUS, hoping that even if they had already gained an advantage, the employees of the enterprise would transfer it according to more favorable rules. Unfortunately, some of them are left blank, which is accepted by the Social Insurance Institution itself.
– As a rule, the new schedules do not apply to people who already receive a pension. They had an advantage calculated on the basis of the tables that were in force at the time of termination of their professional activity. In such a situation, people who receive a pension for one, two or five years cannot apply for recalculation of benefits using the new tables. ZUS will issue a negative decision, says Bowie Chebrowski, a spokesperson for the plant.

2022 pensions. Who can transfer the pension?
He adds that the old-age pension can only be transferred in well-defined cases – for example when the pensioner worked after the benefit was granted and pension contributions were paid. ZUS will calculate the interest and use the new tables only for newly paid contributions, not for all contributions. ZUS states that as of this year, pensions can only be recalculated once a year.

ZUS will use the new schedules in the case of people who will retire from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023. Thanks to the new schedules, you will get a higher benefit amounting to PLN 100-200 per month.
