A great cosplay artist somehow brought all the Hashira members together Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba For life with amazing fancy dress! When they first appeared near the end of the first season of the anime, there was an immediate curiosity as to what each of them might be capable of, given the strength of both the demons that Tanjiro Kamado and the others had fought so far. Hashira seems to have closed that gap quickly, so fortunately, soon after its introduction, fans were able to see what both Hashira could really do.
During the feature film Mugen Train and the Entertainment District seen in the second season of the anime, fans were able to watch some of Hashira enter the action and here the series revealed that they were human like Tanjiro and the others were. . Despite their adorable appearance, they were in danger like everyone else. So while the whole group isn’t around anymore, they’re at least living thanks to super creative tributes from artists like @blackmilow on Instagram! Check it out below:
The Mugen Train and Entertainment District includes Kogoro Ringoku and Tengen Ozue, but they won’t be present in the upcoming battles. He quipped at the end of Season Two that the stakes only increased from now on, as higher-ranked True Demons under Muzan Kibutsuji would make their next move. We’ll see that all of this comes to fruition with the anime’s third season currently underway, as it adapts the Swordsmith Village arc from Koyoharu Gotoge’s original manga series.
The Swordsmith Village arc reveals some massive new threats that haven’t yet appeared in the manga, but they will be facing two new members of Hashira, Mitsuri Kanroji and Muichiro Tokito. Like the Hashira fighters we saw earlier, these two fighters have quite a few skills at their disposal and they will all be showcased during some of the anime’s biggest fights to date. Unfortunately, a release date for these new episodes has not been announced yet.
