Grupa Azoty Chemik Police eliminated UNI Opole from the fight for the Polish championship as soon as possible. In two sets of the 3-0 rematch, he was fun on the field.

The Alchemist is the third to reach the semi-finals of the Torun League. Previously, the second in the regular season Developres Bella Dolina Rzeszów and the third ŁKS Commercecon Łódź entered the medals area of ​​the Polish championship. There is a competition that will reveal the next opponent for the cheeks. ILCapital volleyball players Legionovia Legionowo and Grota Budowlanych Lodź were not enough to win the quarter-finals in two matches.

The unbeaten team under Marek Merlinsky went to Opole after a smooth 3-0 win in their own hall. Taking into account the matches played in the regular season, Chemik did not lose a single set with the newcomer. Before the fourth and final engagement, there was one change of sixes – Marta Pamucha replaced Regian Pedias in the UNI party.

Chemik won the first set 27:25, and the road to the last point was quite winding. The Polish champion started the match with good services and good blocks, thanks to which he was leading 12:8. Soon UNI led to a 16:16 tie and the match was decided only in the fight for the advantage. In it, the alchemist tediously but effectively used Jovana Brakocević-Canzian attacks, and the work was completed by Martyna ukasik.

In the second set, Chimechki did not experience similar blows. Result 25:13, demolish a small volleyball, said it all. The candidate showed that it was no coincidence that they were the best blocker club in the regular season. A rather fierce match turned out to be fun for the Polish champion, and the third party was also denied twists – and ended with a shocking score of 25:8 in the quarter-finals.
