Alexander Kotila leaves the supervisory board of ING Śląski . Bank

Alexander Kotila will cease to be a member of the supervisory board of ING Bank Śląski after the general meeting scheduled for November 29. The bank’s announcement stated that he had resigned for personal reasons.

Kutela became a member of the Supervisory Board of ING Bank Śląski in April 2014. He is an independent member, he is also the Chairman of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk Committees.

Alexander Kotila has been associated with Ringier Axel Springer Polska since mid-2015. Initially, he was the head of Grupa Onet, and after the merger of all RASP subsidiaries in mid-2018, he became vice-president of the holding company.

Prior to that, he was associated with HBO for about 20 years. In the years 2002-2015 he was the president of HBO Polska, and in the years 2006-2015 he was also the vice president of HBO Europe.

Last year, Ringier Axel Springer Polska’s sales revenue fell 7.3 percent. to PLN 549.05 million, net profit – from PLN 28.4 to PLN 23.03 million, the number of full-time employees – from 60 to PLN 1332. The publisher has increased in the Internet department, while press revenue has decreased. It paid its owner 190.07 million PLN in dividends.
