A new screen (or even several) has been up in the air at Apple for a long time. This is not to say that the Pro Display is expensive, but the “normal” screen is made 9TO5Mac It’s referred to as the Apple Studio Display – but it doesn’t have to be called that.

You can update it, perhaps with a resolution of 7K, and at the same time show a new screen for the “entry level” (which will certainly still be very expensive at Apple).

Tomorrow’s Apple event would be a good place for such an announcement.
