The Australian restaurateur has operated restaurants around the world, written 14 cookbooks and produced five television series.
Granger's specialty was breakfast and lunch. He was often called the “King of Breakfast” and “The Godfather of Avocado Toast” because he was the one who made the sandwich famous outside of Australia.
Cancer diagnosis
