People who get Final Fantasy 7 Remake as part of their PS Plus subscription will be able to upgrade to the PS5 version for free starting December 22nd.
Good news was provided by Square Enix, informing them that the episode Intermission, DLC from Yuffie Kisaragi, will be available at 25% off for a limited time. I appreciate.

– FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE (finalfantasyvii) December 19 2021
We would like to remind you that until now the upgrade to the PlayStation 5 version was only available to people who purchased the game in the traditional way. The March PS Plus Final Fantasy 7 Remake demo can of course be released on PS5, but as part of backward compatibility, in the PS4 version.
The PS5 version offers better textures, lighting and fog effects, faster load times, photo mode, and support for the DualSense controller.
