The PiS Parliamentary Club previously met at Sejm at 20.00. The meeting was attended by Jaroslav Kaczynski, the leader of the party. The motion to expel John Maria Djokovsky was submitted by the club’s boss, Rizard Terlecki.
– The reason is that it violates the rules and the law – said PiS spokeswoman Anita Serviska.
Senator Djokovsky without voice
During the meeting, Djokovsky said Terlecki refused to allow himself to speak.
– As you can see the Audiatur et atleta pars (Latin: Ask other party) policy is not used in PiS – the politician wrote on Twitter.
– I will work as before, I have not changed my mind. I have never been a member of the party, so I would like to point out that statements that contradict political policy are not enough because I am not bound by the party news of the day – said the politician in Sezmil.
He said he would be an independent senator from now on and announced that he would run in the next election in 2023.
Recently, the paths of the senator and the PiS began to diverge. He did not vote in the spirit of the Jarosław Kaczyński party, criticizing the manner in which the Polish decree was introduced, arguing that it was necessary to wait a year for the introduction of tax changes to clarify everything.

Important Reports on PiS
In recent days, the politician has agreed to support the establishment of a parliamentary commission of inquiry into the Pegasus.
– From the beginning, I believed that this matter should be explained fully and reliably. It is clear that the important crowd is growing, and the only way to clarify this matter is through a parliamentary inquiry – PiS Senator John Maria Djokovsky told TVN24.
In July last year, the same person admitted that he was not afraid to be expelled from the party. John Maria Djokovsky repeatedly criticized the actions of the PiS. In previous years, he had already spoken negatively, among other things, about the introduction of five per animal or the level of pay of close associates of the head of the National Bank of Poland.
We asked the PiS senator directly if there would be early elections. John Maria Djokovsky responded!
John Maria Djokovsky is independent. In 2011 he became a senator for the first time on behalf of the Law and Justice Party. In 2015, he successfully ran for re-election, in 2019. In the current Senate, he is vice chair of the Culture and Media Committee and a member of the Legislative Committee.
