Many companies and private job matches in Rosta and Matcha have violated the rules of the recruitment service – Arbetet

It was this summer when Arbetsförmedlingen employees showed up unannounced at several job-matching firms across the country.

A total of 491 visits were made to the 10 operators with the largest number of service participants for the unemployed – Rusta och matcha.

The purpose was to check whether companies followed the requirements regarding buildings. Did the representatives remain open to participants as promised?

Serious shortcomings brought a penalty

Of the 126 defects discovered, 30 were serious enough to warrant some form of punishment. It must now be evaluated.

23 of the 30 cases involved supplier premises that were not open at the times they should be open.

And that there are no acceptable reasons.

– Some need physical meetings and going out, which is why we think it’s important to follow up so that there are workplaces and that there are staff at delivery sites where they need to be, says Anneli Thorefeldt, support manager at Arbetsförmedlingen and one of the authors behind the report.

Many contracts have been terminated

There could be a building but the resource has not collected the keys.

In two cases, the representatives admitted that they provided the service to the unemployed entirely remotely – although this was not permitted. Many of them have now terminated their contracts.

One of the conclusions of the authority’s working group is that it is likely that all suppliers did not pay attention to the return to normal life after the epidemic, despite the fact that the employment service had informed that they would now offer physical meetings.
