It will be released on March 17, 2022 for PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The PlayStation version supports a free update from PS4 to the PS5 version. The next upgrade is available on Xbox via Smart Delivery.
In the new part of the series of racing games, the career mode has been modified. The starting point for a Supercross career is the 250SX-Futures-Class, where talents can apply for higher things. In addition, the rider form system is offered in functional mode, which, as the name implies, affects the rider’s performance after falls and injuries. Recovery can be positively influenced by training and special tasks. From now on, it must be ensured that the driver is always at his best.
There will also be an easy-to-use tutorial called “Academy of the Future”. There you learn the basics for climbing the career ladder from beginner to pro. In addition, the various options within the game make the sports title more accessible, for example restoring the flow, control aids and many other technical aspects. The developers aim to provide a unique and tailored gaming experience for every fan.
Another feature is the track editor. This will have new functionality like the rhythm section editor. This allows adapting existing modules to design complex, prefabricated path sections that can also be shared with the community again. Once again, players can design a virtual track that will then become part of the official tournament in 2022.
In the complex, the focus is once again on races and challenges with friends. In this open game world you will find different modes, common challenges and collectibles, which in turn unlock additional content.
In an online multiplayer game, for the first time, players from the console family can meet for matches across the platform generation. In split screen mode, friends can also throw themselves into the match on the couch.
