Before the start of Sunday’s matches, the situation in the schedule in the context of the struggle for places in the Champions League next season was very interesting.

In the second half of feelings, too. Leicester were winning 2-1 after Jimmy Vardy’s goals against Tottenham and for more than 20 minutes he was very close to succeeding in fourth place. An own goal by Casper Schmeichel, followed by two Gareth Bale goals, dashed the hopes of Brendan Rodgers’ players. In the end, Lizzie lost 2: 4 and finished the season with 66 points and fifth place.

Chelsea lost 1-2, but were still ahead of Leicester anyway.

Liverpool finished third. Last season’s English champions won 2–0, and Sadio Mane scored both goals. This was their fourth successive league win.

Great farewell to Aguero

New title winner, so Manchester City players beat Everton 5-0 at home. The highlight of the match was a lovely farewell to Sergio Aguero.

The Argentine leaves the club after ten years after this season. To the crowd’s applause, he appeared on the field in the 65th minute. Shortly thereafter, he scored a goal. Then he made another blow. Fernandinho was handed over twice.
