The first day patch for Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart will add a Ray Tracing Performance mode (or Ray Tracing if you prefer) which will allow the game to run at 60fps with Ray Tracing enabled.
Insomniac Games has revealed the performance and performance with Ray Tracing modes that will be available to all players updating Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart when it launches on PS5 on June 11, 2021.

This is another example from Insomniac Games that gives players the best choice of both worlds and comes after the addition of Ray Traced Performance mode to both Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Marvel’s Spider-Man.
Speaking of options, Insomniac also added an extensive list of accessibility features to Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, including the ability to adjust shooting modes, aiming mode, auto aim, various contrast options, adjust motion blur, screen motion, and much more.
