VfL Wolfsburg – Borussia Dortmund: Earling Holland Record Bundesliga

The highlight of Saturday’s game in Wolfsburg was Holland’s successful return after another injury.

The 21-year-old Norwegian striker entered the field in the 73rd minute, seven minutes after which he hit the net for BVB. This is his 10th goal of the league season and he is second only to Robert Lewandowski (14) in the list of most effective players. Holland has appeared in only seven matches so far.

By the way, he set another record – he became the youngest player in the history of the Bundesliga to reach the 50-goal mark (counting with previous seasons) in this tournament.

Under such circumstances, the Dortmund team made up for their recent defeat in the Champions League. Marco Rosa’s players lost to Sporting Lisbon 1: 3 on Wednesday and missed the chance to leave the group.

In the Wolfsburg squad, forward Bartosz Białek is still missing due to a serious injury.
