Video presentation provides more impressions of the game

“A Plague Tale Requiem” is among the games that will be released for PS5 this year. A new video provides more impressions of the sequel.

Developer Asobo Studio’s A Plague Tale Requiem is one of the games featured on the Tribeca Games Showcase. At the same time, a video presentation was released with the development team, detailing the general approach to creating the story, including structuring chapters as “episodes” and characterization. There are also some scenes from the game. You can watch the video below these lines.

Mice are still there

In A Plague Tale Requiem, Hugo and Amecia embark on a new adventure in the South. Set in vibrant new territories, plague rats still lurk around every corner. Amecia is still taking care of her brother. And while she prefers stealth, in the new game she is more skilled in combat and can even use a crossbow.

But that’s not all, as the developer hints that Amicia can use Hugo’s powers to manipulate mice to her advantage.

“A Plague Tale Requiem” is, among other things, sold as a collector’s edition. In addition to a copy of the game, buyers will receive a 21 cm tall figurine of Amecia and Hugo. There’s also a feather brooch from Hugo, inspired by the feather decorations that Hugo wears in-game. Additional content includes a 45-rpm vinyl disc with two Olivier Dervier tracks and three A4 lithographs with illustrations. More details and photos from the whole copy It is summarized here.
