Wizz Air announced Thursday that it will launch a new route from Wroclaw Airport to the Canary island of Lanzarote from December 22. The connection will be made once a week – on Wednesday.
“Wizz Air’s connection from Wrocław Airport to Lanzarote expands the Polish WIZZ network and provides more opportunities for all passengers from the capital of Lower Silesia – Wrocław,” said Polina Joske, Director of Corporate Communications at Wizz Air, citing the press release. .
She indicated that airline passengers traveling from Wroclaw can now fly to Larnaca, Kutaisi, Reykjavik, Oslo or Lanzarote. It added that tickets for the latest connection are already available for sale on the carrier’s website. “Thanks to the additional hygiene measures in place, travelers can feel safe and comfortable while traveling,” she emphasized.
The head of Wroclaw Airport, Dariusz Ko, emphasized that the Canary Islands have always been a popular destination among passengers. “We are now pleased to have the opportunity to fly there with Wizz Air also in winter and early spring. This combination will definitely be a great surprise on our new flight schedule.” (PAP)
