Krynica Vitamin may receive from €22.1 million to €26.1 million in public aid to implement a new investment in Żłobnica in the province of لودód – the company informed in a press release, without specifying the investment involved.
Obtaining a decision on support is a starting point and allows the company to consider and decide on the implementation of the aforementioned investments, including in particular obtaining appropriate corporate approvals.
If the company decides to implement and detailed criteria for the investment, the company will benefit from tax exemption at the expense of the eligible costs of that investment.
Subject to the terms set out in the Resolution on Support, Krynica Vitamin will incur eligible costs on the new investment site, with a total value of at least €76.5 million by December 31, 2026 (while rental or financial expenses may be incurred on the lease until September 30, 2033) The maximum eligible investment costs will be €99.5 million, and the investment must be completed by December 31, 2026.
By this date, Krynica Vitamin should create at least 144 new jobs in the new investment field and maintain employment at this level through December 31, 2031.
The decision on support also includes a condition for the entrepreneur to fulfill the quality standards stipulated in it under the Standard for Sustainable Economic Development and the Standard for Sustainable Social Development.
The subsidy decision was issued for a specific period – 12 years from the date of its issuance. (PAP Biznes)
