Atal Business Centers – a brand of developer Atal – has completed construction and obtained occupancy permits for two office buildings – Krakowska 35 in Wrocław and Aleja Pokoju 81 in Krakow, Atal reported.
“In our more than 30-year history, we have completed a number of buildings with offices. However, for the first time we put these large buildings into use – 13.5 thousand square meters. m2 and 8.4 thousand. m2 – and innovative office complexes that provide a modern and diverse workspace. We are pleased to be able to welcome the first tenants who, in addition to the attractive offer of office and investment space, can count on a number of important amenities: commercial and service offer, catering, education, charging stations for electric vehicles and infrastructure for cyclists. – President Zbigniew Juroszek, said in the statement.
He added that the process of marketing these facilities is continuing, and office space is available in both complexes.
The office building Krakowska 35 is located in the southern part of Wroclaw. The complex offers about 13,500 square meters of leasable space and consists of six floors above ground and one underground floor with a garage.
The second completed facility is the Aleja Pokoju 81 office complex, built in Czyżyny in Krakow. The complex consists of a five-storey, first-class building with underground parking. The total area of the facility is 8,400 square meters, and 7,600 square meters will be rented.
Atal is a real estate development company specializing in the construction of apartment complexes located in the largest cities in Poland. Its shares have been listed on WSE since 2015.
