Cassetta Dello Sport says Christian Eriksen will not be allowed to return to Inter Milan. In Italy, people with fitted defibrillators are not allowed to play professionally. The Danish footballer suffered a heart attack during the European Championship match and was revived on the field.
Eriksen fainted in the 43rd minute of Denmark’s first match of the year – against Finland (0: 1). His heart stopped beating and he was revived. He was later taken to a hospital in Copenhagen. The doctors decided to match him with a cardioverter defibrillator (ICD).
After the exams, it was decided that Ericsson should have ICT. Such a device is necessary after a heart attack due to irregularities in the rhythm of the heartbeat – Local National Team doctor Morton Poison explained.

This means, however, that Ericsson could struggle to return to his club Inter Milan. In Italy, competition with ICT is banned. The ethics in this case are very strict, so I have no idea that Ericsson will play in our country – Lucio Moss, president of the Association of Sports Cardiologists, said in an interview with the radio station “Punto Nuo”.
For now, it is difficult to say when Ericsson will be able to return to the game and how long he will have to fit a defibrillator. The union has not yet confirmed information on the footballer after the surgery.
