If you use Google services, then by default you have a Gmail account, which is the most used email application in the world. The heaviest emails

To find the heaviest emails stored in the inbox, sent, drafts, etc., you have to go to the Gmail search bar. In the right pane of this you will find the Search Options tool and you have to click on it.

• A new window will open and either option ‘greater than’ or ‘less than’ should be placed in the ‘size’ tab.
• On the right you will choose the weight of the file you are looking for, it can be in megabytes, kilobytes, bytes and you have to write the number. In the example image it would be 2 GB.
• In “Date range”, choose the files you want to search from a day ago or a year ago.
• In the “Search” tab, choose “All” to view all heavy files received or sent.
• Finally, give “Search” and Gmail will return all emails over 2GB.

Debug emails in spam folder

Many know it as the “Forgotten Folder” where no one usually enters spam emails because they are spam or suspicious for Gmail; However, the amount of emails in this drawer is pretty poor and tends to take up a lot of storage space.

• To remove them, you must first select them all.
• In order not to delete one by one, we click on the box under the magnifying glass icon in the search bar.
• Choose “All” and click “Delete permanently”.

Google Drive and Photos

As mentioned earlier, the 15 GB they offer for free is shared between Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Photos, so it’s essential to free up space in these last two apps. Google Photos is the one that takes up the most storage space, so it is recommended that you delete photos, videos or screenshots that are not important.
