Hunter Biden sues Rudy Giuliani’s lawyer | News

Hunter Biden’s laptop and external hard drive were a key component of investigations into suspected tax crimes being pursued against the president’s son.

He has now filed a lawsuit against Donald Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani and Giuliani’s lawyer Robert Costello – who released documents from the hard drive.

CBS News wrote that the two lawyers are accused of pirating and manipulating the materials.

They must have “devoted an unimaginable amount of time and energy to researching, hacking, manipulating, copying, publishing and generally obsessing over the data they received that was taken or stolen.”

“I’m not surprised”

Robert Costello did not comment on the lawsuit. However, Rudy Giuliani did so through his spokesman and political advisor Ted Goodman.

Hunter Biden previously denied he owned the computer, Goodman tells CBS.

“I’m not surprised that he’s now, incorrectly, claiming that Giuliani tampered with his laptop’s hard drive, given the unsavory material and potential forensic evidence on that thing,” he continues.

Independent investigators from a Minneapolis electronics company previously concluded that material on the hard drive had not been tampered with. However, there are hard drive versions that have circulated and may have had documents added to them, the Washington Post previously reported, among other things.

Hunter Biden and his attorneys also filed a lawsuit against a number of other people during the period that the investigations were ongoing. Among them is Mac Isaac, a former Trump adviser who works for the IRS, CBS reported.
