Live coverage of the Monaco Championship.

It’s time for the Monaco GP! A year ago, the winner was the Dutchman Max Verstappen from Red Bull, who later became the world champion. How will it be this time? Live coverage of the Monaco Championships on Polsatsport.pl.

At the Monaco Grand Prix, Charles Leclerc, starting in front of his home crowd, will start from the first pitch. In Saturday’s qualifying, Monakian outscored another Ferrari driver – Carlos Sainz Jr. Champion and World Cup ranking leader Verstappen (Red Bull) came fourth.

Drivers will get 78 laps, with a length of 3,337 km. The entire route is 260.28 km long, with 19 turns – eight to the left and 11 to the right.

Currently, the Circuit de Monaco, which takes more than two weeks to build each year, consists of the streets of Monte Carlo and La Condamine. There are many hills, tight turns and very narrow sections of the road. This makes it one of the most challenging circuits in F1, with only one place to beat.

Drivers consider the track in Monte Carlo one of the most dangerous bodies in Formula 1, although at lower speeds compared to other speeds, there are not many serious accidents there. The F1 driver has died there so far. It happened in 1967, when a Ferrari driven by Lorenzo Bandini caught fire. The driver trapped inside had no chance of surviving, despite swift firefighting measures.
