No tie-break in the third match for the Plus League bronze medal. Aluron won again at CMC Warta Zawiercie Bełchatów. This time, the local PGE Skra did not break a single set from its competitors. David Konarsky was chosen as the MVP of the competition.

Before the game, it was hard to name a favorite because both teams had lost on their own pitches so far. However the match was expected to last more than three sets. So far, two collisions have resulted in a tie-break.

The crowd got off to a great start, with Maximiliano Gavana scoring four points when Alexander Atanasiev stopped. The hosts were able to communicate for a moment, but not even for a moment could lead to balance. The quick gain turned out to be the key to success because decision-making did not get out of hand until the last. Uros Kovachevic finished the premiere.

The second side provided more emotions, in which neither team was able to produce a major advantage. In practice the fight was equal until the end, but at the end of 22:22 the spectators scored two points in a row. The Bełchatów team defended the ball in the first set, but they were unable to repeat it on the next move. After David Konarsky’s victory, Aluron CMC Warda Javierci already had a 2: 0 lead.

In the third set both teams showed balance, but in the middle of the game they structured positively (14:11). The hosts were unable to make up for the loss, which increased when Carol Close was stopped by Fagundo Conte. Newcomers who played consistently until the last did not let up four points.

Aluron CMC Warda finished the match in three sets, giving him the lead again. Igor Kolakovic’s players can confirm the Plaslika bronze medal on Friday. The fourth match will take place in Zawiercie, where PGE Skra Bełchatów have had their only win so far.
