Olympic Games. The women’s 4x400m relay ran silver

The Polish women’s relay won the 4x400m silver Olympic medal. Natalia Coxmarek, Iga Palmcord-Witten, Makorsada Josep-Kovalik and Justina Evicetti-Ersetik improved the country’s record with 3.20.53 points. This is the fourteenth medal for the white and red team in Tokyo and the ninth medal won by the athletes.

The Americans won – 3.16.85. Jamaica wins bronze – 3.21.24.

After a good third place after the first 400 meters, she started the competition with Natalia Cosmerek, who then beat Iga Palmcord-Witten. He took a long and quiet step to second place that the Polish women did not give up until the end. In the third shift, the most experienced and quiet Małgorzata Hołub -Kowalik ran – it is already known here that Polish women do not fight for gold, because the shot took advantage of a dozen or more meters like a slingshot.

Justina Święty-Ersetic did not try to chase the insurmountable American women, but secured the Olympic sub-championship by her excellent pace and finished second.

Anna Kyapaciska, who also won the silver medal, ran around the qualifying round. All the women who ran in the final won earlier Gold 4×400 m in mixed relay.
