After testing with IU last year, Packagexpress made the decision to purchase 20 LT HiRise International tractors through its distributor. Pacific Trucking Company (Capassa).
The reasons that motivated this purchase were, on the one hand, Packagexpress’s interest in enhancing the quality of service provided to its customers and, not least, the need to provide its operators with more safety and comfort on every journey.

Joining the more than 270 units that make up the Packagexpress fleet, the new LT® is ready to travel more than 81 million kilometers annually throughout the Republic of Mexico with parcel and courier services.
The LT® cab is SAE J2422 and ECE-29 certified for roof, rear and pillar crash safety; In addition, it features an ergonomic design that reduces operator fatigue during flights. It is made of galvanized steel for strength and durability.
“Last year we purchased an International® LT® tractor, we monitored the unit and were happy with the results. We got good fuel efficiency and also good overall tractor performance, which is why we decided to buy these 20 tractors,” said Victor Soto, Logistics Director of Packagexpress® .
