Less than a month ago, Capcom announced that Resident Evil 7 as well as RE2 Remake and RE3 Remake will receive updated versions made specifically for PS5 and Xbox Series consoles. PEGI just gave an age rating to Resident Evil 3 Remake. This means that the premiere can be expected soon. Now it remains to wait for official information from Capcom and the exact dates.

As announced by the developer, versions intended for consoles of the new generation will, among other things, offer 60 frames per second gameplay and support for ray tracing. In the case of the PS5, it will be possible to use the touch functions of the DualSense controller and adaptive triggers.
