RN Forte has agreed to acquire part of the plant in Biaystok by PHU “Specific”

Forte’s supervisory board has approved the takeover of part of the factory in Biaystok by Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowo-Usługowe “Selected” – the Forte Furniture Factory reported in a press release. In the near future, Forte plans to participate in the capital of the entity that will be created as a result of converting the “specified” PHU into a commercial law firm.

“By reorganizing the branch in Białystok, the company plans to strengthen cooperation with the entity that acquires part of the workplace – the Białystok branch, that is, with PHU SPECIFIC, adapting the current product offer to the expectations of its customers. PHU SPECIFIC is a manufacturer of upholstered furniture, producing for foreign markets Domestic and domestic, including the family under the brand NEW DESIGN, with which the exporter has so far cooperated in the supply of products manufactured by PHU SPECIFIC ”- it was written.

In the opinion of the company, the implementation of the planned activities of both entities will allow to achieve a synergistic effect in terms of integration of supply, optimization of deliveries, as well as optimal use of production capacity and human resources.

Forte has five production plants in Poland located in Ostrów Mazowiecka, Suwałki, Białystok and Hajnówka.

“By mid-2022, we would like to close the capital commitment transaction and begin producing upholstered furniture and, later, mattresses at our plant in Białystok,” Forte Board Member Marius Gazda told PAP Biznes.
