Sissiaski explained in January in Polsat News that the purchase was made in the context of “a complete shortage of this type of equipment, the inability to obtain this equipment from those standard channels that the Ministry uses on a daily basis.” He added that the transaction was positively evaluated by the Federal Countermeasures Bureau.

– With this support, we believed that this transaction, which means – in my opinion – can not be questioned, because at that time everyone will know that breathing apparatus is needed in Poland, it will be implemented – he stressed.
