Who will get the thirteenth retirement pension?

The thirteenth pension is available to everyone regardless of the amount of the old-age or disability pension. According to Regulations 13, the retirement pension is granted to persons who are entitled until March 31:

• pensions
• pensions
• complementary benefit to parents,
• pre-retirement benefits,
• retirement allowance,
• teacher compensation benefit,
• Monetary benefits payable to blind civilian victims of hostilities.

13. Retirement pension (gross and net) – how much will it be for old age and disability pension holders?

In 2022, the total amount of the thirteenth pension will be 1,338.44 PLN. On hand, that is, net, it will be 1,217.98 PLN. In the previous year, the total PLN was 1,250.88 PLN. The 7% rating that was done in March of this year was applied.

Decisions to award the thirteenth pension will be made in April. They will also be given the amount of “thirteen” after the March index. In the same month, the benefits will go to seniors’ accounts along with other retirement and disability benefits. If the payment period is on a bank holiday, then the money will be sent two days earlier. The dates on which ZUS pays the benefits are: 5th, 6th, 10th, 15th, 20th and 25th of each month.
