How much can you earn at Lidl

As of March 2021, store employees who start their careers earn from PLN 3,550 to PLN 4,350 in total.
However, after one year of work, the employer guarantees an increase in salary to the level from a total of 3,650 PLN to a total of 4,550 PLN, and after two years of training, the salary increases to the level from a total of 3,900 PLN to a total of 4,800 PLN.

Effective September 1, Lidl is offering another benefit to employees and their relatives. This is eTutor, an online foreign language self-learning platform. At the same time, the company continues the “Your work for years” campaign.
