Lidl employs another 500 employees and works to promote its image as an attractive employer. The latest edition of the employer’s “Business for Years” campaign kicked off on August 23. This time, the recruitment and image-building activities are carried out under the new slogan “I have a contract for a secure future”.

How much can you earn at Lidl
As of March 2021, store employees who start their careers earn from PLN 3,550 to PLN 4,350 in total.
However, after one year of work, the employer guarantees an increase in salary to the level from a total of 3,650 PLN to a total of 4,550 PLN, and after two years of training, the salary increases to the level from a total of 3,900 PLN to a total of 4,800 PLN.

Effective September 1, Lidl is offering another benefit to employees and their relatives. This is eTutor, an online foreign language self-learning platform. At the same time, the company continues the “Your work for years” campaign. This time, the activities take place under the slogan “I have a contract for a secure future.” In this way, Lidl Polska wants to draw attention to the most important values that characterize the network as an employer: Job stability is appreciated by potential candidates, numerous and attractive benefits other than wages, not only for employees, but also for their families Competitive wages and equal wages.
