Mobility startup Arthur from Blanage near Munich made its H2 bus in operation for the first time as part of Hydrogen Week 2022 in Erlangen. The startup promises to launch the first model in the summer of 2022. Other products are already being planned. Arthur sees itself as a systems manufacturer and was only founded in 2021 by Gerhard Mee and Philip Gloner. According to the founders, they share the vision of shaping the future of zero-emissions mobility. In just twelve months, the team has developed a zero-emission hydrogen bus that stands out from similar vehicles thanks to its low consumption and cost-efficiency.

The company is also a partner in the Bavarian Hydrogen Alliance, which is coordinated by the Bayern Hydrogen Center (H2.B). Philip Gloner, CEO, also introduced the company as part of the “H2 Start-ups” panel along with representatives from BtX Energy, HiTES Holding GmbH, Green H2 and ostermeier H2ydogen Solutions.
