Cycling: Alexandre Jenez won the fourth stage of the Tour of Rwanda, his second success

France’s Alexandre Guenez (TotalEnergies) won the fourth stage of the Tour of Rwanda on Thursday, his second success after winning the front on Sunday.

Guenez, 33, defeated Frenchman Pierre Rolland again, attacking the arrival of the referee on the coast in Musanze (north).

Angel Madrazo (Burgos), who crossed the finish line in a small group scored in 20 seconds, robbed Axel Lawrence of the leader’s shirt the Frenchman had been wearing the day before.

The seasoned Spanish rider (33, pro since 2009), is also seeded as the next, Eritrean Netneel Tesfatsion, winner of the 2020 Tour of Rwanda.
