Express Expression in International Cooperation – A Unique View of the Putin Regime

The leak consists of spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, PDF files and Word documents from the Domestic Policy Department of the Russian Presidential Administration headed by Sergei Kiriyenko. The documents are dated from 2020 through December 2023 and show the discussions and proposals that led to the final budget.
