Actor Gabriel Soto went to the Mexico City Attorney General’s office to continue the legal action he brought against a magazine for damaging its image.
During his meeting with the press, the Mexican said that he was ready to make maximum efforts to obtain financial compensation for this measure, and in the same way, he summoned his lawsuit against Laura Pozzo, stressing that the authorities had already ruled. Valid.
“The case against her has already been won, and the judge has already delivered the verdict,” Soto explained upon hearing the first questions about the Peruvian driver.
But the artist’s lawyer interrupted him to make it clear that his client would not accept Laura’s recent public apology.
“This is not about a public apology, and let me, that the lady did so much harm with discriminatory expressions,” Gustavo Herrera said.
After Laura Pozzo made negative comments about the actors, they both went to the relevant authorities to start two cases against them for non-material harm, one civil and one criminal.
Prior to the decision of those responsible for bringing justice in Mexico in favor of Soto and Paiva, the Peruvian said that she would not pay a single peso to the artists for what she said against her, but it appears that the actors’ lawyer will be looking for a way for Pozzo to do so.
