Huawei P50E officially presented. Light version with Snapdragon

As expected, Huawei P50E, which is in fact the light version, joins the series of the Chinese manufacturer. The smartphone is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. What else does this model offer?

Huawei P50E is a new representative of the P50 series, which received a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778 processor, a unit made in 6nm lithography based on Kryo 670 cores, a variant of Cortex-A78, with a frequency of 2.4GHz. For this Adreno 642L graphics chip. Due to the sanctions imposed on Huawei by the US government, the P50E model does not support 5G, only 4G. The phone supports 8 GB of RAM and from 128 to 256 GB of built-in data memory. The Huawei P50E has a 6.5-inch flat OLED display with Full HD+ resolution of 2,700 x 1224 pixels (458 pixels per inch) with a 90Hz refresh rate and touch sampling up to 300Hz. The smartphone has an in-display fingerprint reader, and also supports Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and dual SIM. Here we also find a USB Type-C input and a microSD card slot up to 256 GB.

All powered by a 4100 mAh battery that supports 66W charging. Huawei P50E in the 8/128 GB version was priced at 4,088 yuan (2730 PLN), while we have to pay 4,488 yuan (3000 PLN) for 8/256 GB. The phone is running HarmonyOS 2.0. The pre-sale of the smartphone began on March 16 at 22:00, but the equipment is on sale in China at the moment, and unfortunately we do not know when it will go to Europe and Poland. It is likely that the manufacturer will reveal it in the near future.
