LiveChat Software reported PLN 100.16 million of consolidated net profit in the 2020/2021 fiscal year (ending March 31) compared to PLN 76.12 million in the previous year, the company said in the report.
Operating profit amounted to PLN 107.11 million compared to PLN 81.92 million in the previous year. EBITDA increased 36.4% year-on-year to PLN 118.08 million.
Consolidated sales revenue was PLN 179.01 million in 2021 compared to PLN 130.87 million in the previous year.
During fiscal year 2020/21, the company recorded an increase in the number of customers for all of its solutions, and on June 5, 2020, the number of active and paid customers for LiveChat solutions exceeded 30 thousand. In the case of the LiveChat solution, the number of customers who made payments at the end of March 2021 was 32,864 compared to 28,784 the year before. The number of LiveChat customers increased every month of the fiscal year. In April 2021, the number of paying LiveChat customers exceeded 33 thousand. In the case of ChatBot, the number of customers who made payments at the end of the fiscal year was 1,874 compared to 1,108 the year before. In May 2021, the number of customers of this solution exceeded 2,000, the report states.
