LiveChat Software’s Board of Directors recommends a dividend of PLN 3.69/share

LiveChat Software’s board of directors wants to allocate PLN 95 million to profits for the fiscal year from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021, which will award PLN 3.69 per share – the company has informed.

The remaining 4.8 million PLN will go to supplementary capital.

The dividend of PLN 3.69 per share includes both the January down payment (0.89 PLN per share) and the planned prepayment for July (0.89 PLN per share), which means that 1.91 PLN will remain due.

The planned date for determining the shareholders entitled to the dividend is August 25, 2021, and the payment date is September 1, 2021.

The planned date for determining the shareholders entitled to receive the second advance payment of dividends is July 20, 2021, and the payment date is July 27, 2021

“The Board of Directors maintains the policy of dividend distribution, which assumes that the largest possible part of the profit is to be allocated to be paid to the shareholders. As in previous years, the above recommendation for the distribution of dividends results from the provisions of the Commercial Companies Law, according to which: Profit equal to the amount of unwritten development costs, unless the amount of reserves and reserve capital available for distribution and profits from previous years is at least equal to the amount of unwritten costs + ”- is written in the statement.
