“We had five good debates during this campaign. Unfortunately, Donald Trump avoided them all,” the Republican said in a statement.
Two debates are scheduled before the New Hampshire primary next Tuesday. The debate airs on ABC News on Thursday and on CNN on Sunday.
The last debate was between Nikki Haley and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. Trump has so far refused to participate.

When the party held its first nominating convention in Iowa on Monday, Haley came in third place behind DeSantis. As expected, front-runner Donald Trump won a landslide victory in Iowa, winning half of the state's 40 delegates.
While DeSantis agreed to debate on CNN on Sunday, Trump planned to hold a rally in New Hampshire that evening.

Asa Hutchinson announced on Tuesday that he was withdrawing from the Republican presidential race after failing to win a single delegate in Iowa. Vivek Ramaswamy also withdrew after the nomination meeting on Monday.
