Balmain’s artistic director has been invited by the brand to design the next couture collection that will be shown in July in Paris.
On Wednesday, March 2, Jean-Paul Gaultier was one of the special guests at the Balmain Fall-Winter 2022-2023 fashion show. We now know more about the reason for this visit. Olivier Rousteing is already the next designer invited to sign the Jean Paul Gaultier haute couture collection, the house announced in a press release. Balmain’s artistic director will be responsible for reinterpreting the Parisian brand’s codes for the Fall-Winter 2022-2023 collection, which will be revealed during the upcoming Couture Week in Paris from July 3-7.
