Planet Zoo is going on a wild ride

Frontier Developments PLC today introduces the new addition to the Zoo simulation Planet Zoo. With “Planet Zoo: North America Animal Pack” you will be transported to a wild and rugged landscape – it will be released on October 4, 2021.

From dry pastures to snow-capped mountains – Planet Zoo: North American Animals Pack brings together eight desirable animals from across North America. These include seven remarkable habitat animals: the hardworking Canadian beaver with its long front teeth and paddle-shaped tail; The great and majestic stag. The elegant and intelligent California sea lion; shy and lonely puma; Giant Mississippi crocodile; The black-tailed prairie dog is very sociable; And the lovable and elusive arctic fox.

The North American Toad joins this adorable new species in Planet Zoo: North America Animal Pack. The largest frog in North America is known for its bright green skin and strong swimming. As the second animal to swim in the Planet Zoo, it will surely cast its spell on zoo visitors.

Players can keep their new animals happy with five new pieces of furniture: beaver pond, fork pinata, cone feeder, watermelon feeder, and underwater plant feeder. Beavers can live out their natural tendency to build with a beaver pool, which is sure to impress guests. Zookeepers can also get into the North American spirit with beaver headgear for their avatars.

A new and exciting scenario on time is also included in the game. In the foothills of the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains, zoo rangers can test their skills by using the wilderness around them to turn a small swampy zoo into a fully functional success story.

This includes different terrains in the starting maps, a new elevation map function, deep water swimming for the big cats, track barriers and more.
