The continuation of the unexpected singles carousel at Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze No. 2 in Bydgoszcz. After the dismissal of President Lesek Walchuck a few days ago, The Polish Arms Group, which includes Bydgoszcz WZL, decided to remove Marek Gralik and Przemyslaw Przybylski from their positions on the supervisory board. Both represent the Law and Justice Party.
Gralik is an English teacher and supervisor of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian School. Przybylsky also studies – he graduated from the Theological and Catholic Academy, Nicholas Copernicus University, and received his doctorate from Cardinal Stefan Wiesinsky. He was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of WZL.
– In accordance with Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze Law No. 2 in Bydgoszcz, PGZ SA, as the majority shareholder, has representatives on the company’s supervisory board and has the right to make changes at any time. There is no obligation to justify decisions in this regard – reports Beata Berkovska, Head of Communications at PGZ.
