Other personnel at PGE GiEK have been changed. Just two days after the CEO’s resignation, which lasted a week, the supervisory board dismissed the person appointed to run the company temporarily.
Norbert December, by decision of the Supervisory Board of PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna, was dismissed from the Board of Directors. This is unexpected news that from June 30 to July 14 he was the acting president of the company after the board dismissed Wioletta Czemiel-Grzybowska.
Changes, changes, changes…
The dismissal of Norbert Grodzic is another personnel change at PGE GiEK in recent weeks, any responsible company, incl. For power plants in Turów and Bełchatów.
Two days before the December recall from the post of president, Krzysztof Kuśmierowski resigned, appointed on 14 July. Earlier, on June 30, the Supervisory Board recalled its predecessor, Wioletta Czemiel-Grzybowska, who had been running the company since April 2020.
