Discount chain Biedronka has already announced that from January 1 next year its employees can count on wage increases. This applies to more than 60 thousand. From employees, the Biedronka chain will spend more than 142 million PLN annually.
The Biedronka discount chain announced that from January 2022, the seller – the cashier, starting work in Bidronka, will receive from PLN 3,460 to PLN 3,800 per month, that is, from about PLN 2,530 to about PLN 2,770 per month. Now, an employee in this position earns between PLN 3250 and PLN 3600 total per month. This is an increase of about 200 PLN.
On the other hand, employees of seniority, that is, the seller – a cashier who has worked for more than three years, will receive from PLN 3600 to PLN 4050 in total every month – today, in this case, earnings range from PLN 3400 to PLN 3850 gross. (from about 2,630 PLN to about 2,940 PLN). Currently, earnings in this case range from 3400 PLN to 3850 PLN in total. It is also an increase per employee of about PLN 200.
However, the manager of the Pedronka store, but a novice, will receive at least PLN 5,100 total (about PLN 3,680 net).
The employees of the network’s distribution centers will also face an increase. A warehouse man of less seniority can calculate monthly for the total amount from PLN 3800 to PLN 4100, and the administrative inspector and inspector – PLN 4650-4950 gross.
The salary depends, among other things, from the place of residence – rates are lower in smaller cities and higher in large ones. Pay rates include a bonus for no unplanned absences.
