iPhone 8 March event: What to expect

an Apple (AAPLSet to host its first production event in 2022 on Tuesday, March 8, the company is set to launch a slew of new devices, including its first low-cost iPhone with 5G connectivity. We’ve even seen a new Mac running on Apple’s excellent M1 chip.

Again, the big show is kept away from the Apple Cupertino campus, which means I won’t get any free bread. But it’s still supposed to offer some interesting new hardware.

Here’s what to expect from the Apple presentation.

iPhone SE z 5G

iPhone SE Apple Inc. It is the company’s primary iPhone. The current version starts at $399 and comes with an A13 chip, a 4.7-inch screen, a single rear camera lens, and a Touch ID fingerprint reader. to compare iPhone 13 mini It starts at $699 and comes with Apple’s latest generation A15 processor, a 5.4-inch screen, a dual camera setup, and a Face ID sensor.

new iPhone SE, According to Bloomberg Apple’s fictional Mark German is expected to look like the current SE. So, if you’re a fan of the bezel-less old iPhone design of the current Apple iPhones, you’re in luck. It could also mean that the new phone will come with a last-generation Touch ID, which is a boon for people who don’t like Apple’s Face ID.

Inside, the iPhone gets a new processor, and on the back there should be a new camera.

But the 5G antenna will be the SE’s biggest advance. This will make Apple’s iPhone SE the cheapest 5G iPhone and ensure that the company’s entire line of new phones is 5G ready.

The iPhone is still the most important product in Apple’s product catalog. The phone made $71.6 billion out of the company’s $123.9 billion In total sales for the first quarter.

And while the company might prefer selling high-end iPhones like the 13 Pro, selling the SE still means new or returning users can subscribe to Apple services and buy iPhone accessories like AirPods.

The new iPad Air and Mac

In addition to the new iPhone SE, Apple is expected to launch a new iPad Air, also with 5G features and a new processor, and a new Mac with an Apple M1 processor version. Apple recently updated the iPad Air in 2020, so it’s good to see more horsepower. The Air is also one of the last iPads to come with 5G connectivity, which means you can stream 4K movies on the go and download music in no time.

The iPad is one of the few Apple products seriously affected by the global chip shortage. The segment generated $7.2 billion in revenue in the first quarter, compared to the first quarter of 2021 when it generated $8.4 billion. Part of the problem has to do with Apple taking apart iPad processors and putting them into the most important iPhone.

Given the projected chip shortages that will last until 2023, and possibly longer, given the crisis in Ukraine and its impact on neon gas used to make chips, there is no guarantee that iPad sales will not be hindered again.

There is also a new Mac that Apple is introducing. Although not much is known about this model, Apple is slowly replacing Intel-based Macs with Macs with its own M1 processors. The change not only improved the performance of the company’s computers but also improved battery life.

So it’s only natural that we can expect Apple to release a new version of the M2 chips in 2022. It is also expected that Apple will unveil its first augmented/virtual reality headset later this year. And of course you can expect a new batch of iPhones, more Apple Watches, and more Macs.
