The Israeli newspaper notes that it is not yet clear why the list has been reduced. Journalists speculate that the Israeli Defense Ministry had prior knowledge of the intentions of the US authorities to put two companies – NSO and Candiru – on a “blacklist” of companies whose interests conflict with US national security.
