Sky Sports writes that Manchester United brokers are exploring the existence of Eric Den Haga in connection with the search for a new full-time manager.
Although there is no official link between Manchester United and Ajax Amsterdam regarding Eric Den the Hague, the 52-year-old coach is said to be keen to talk to club representatives at Old Trafford if offered the opportunity.
The two clubs have a good relationship with Edwin van der Sar, managing director of Ajax.
The Dutch manager’s contract expires at the end of next season. Den Hawk says he will continue to focus on working with his current team, which currently has two points ahead of Eredivisie.
However, not so long ago, there were many reports in the media that the former Bayern Munich reserve coach was ready to accept a new challenge abroad, especially in the Premier League, which is why he had to learn English.
The Dutchman has been running Ajax since 2017 and previously he was head coach at Utrecht. The 52-year-old helped the Amsterdam Arena Club win the national doubles trophy in 2019 and 2021.
